Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 working day. Customers will recieve shipping confirmation via email to confirm the shipment of their order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class for products up to A4 in size, larger items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking numbers will only be sent with shipping confirmation where tracked postage has been arranged, or other wise applicable. We do not hold any responsibility for lost items that do not require a tracking number, once posted with Royal Mail and shipping confirmation has been sent.
