SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and confirmation will be sent via email, tracking numbers will be sent with shipping confirmation where applicable. All delivery times are an estimate based on working days, Monday to Friday, and exclude local bank holidays.

All products are sent with Royal Mail. We do not hold any responsibility for lost items where standard shipping has been selected, once posted with Royal Mail and shipping confirmation has been sent. If you have selected tracked shipping and your item has not been received within 30 days of dispatch please email info@thymejames.com for assistance.

Work A4 or smaller are shipped flat in envelopes, reinforced to prevent damage during shipping. Work larger than A4 is shipped as parcels, rolled in tubes. We endeavour to reduce our impact on waste and the environment to the best of our ability - using recycled paper envelopes, paper-based packaging, and biodegradable film sleeves while avoiding plastic as much as possible.

RETURNS
 

Please email info@thymejames.com and arrange to return it with the original receipt within 2 weeks (14 days) of the date you receive the product. We are happy to exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Products can only be returned if they are still in the original packaging and sealed.
